Counting House Opening Day with Textile Demonstrations

The Counting House Museum opens for public viewing on June 4th. Celebrate a new museum season featuring two new exhibits, “Material Culture: Domestic Cloth-Making in 18th Century New England” and “Berwick Begins”, a permanent exhibit featuring items from the Chadbourne and Old Fields archeology digs.

A variety of textile demonstrations will be at the Counting House Landing on Opening Day, arranged thanks to Peter Cook, in celebration of the opening of the new textile exhibit. The demonstrations and the Museum admission is free to the public, donations are gratefully accepted.
